JAY DUPUIS

BIOGRAPHY

Jay Dupuis is Graceland’s Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist World Champion, recognized worldwide as the most accurate, authentic, and electrifying recreation of Elvis Presley ever seen on stage. His performances are so powerful they blur the line between tribute and time travel. Jay stars in the world’s most prestigious Elvis productions, including:

  • Legends in Concert — the longest-running and most acclaimed live tribute show in entertainment history

  • Elvis Lives — the worldwide touring sensation

  • The King in Concert — the largest Elvis production ever created

  • Stars in Concert — Europe’s celebrated tribute spectacular

Year after year, Jay tours the globe, commanding sold-out audiences with concerts that resurrect the voice, movement, spirit, and raw energy of the King of Rock ’n’ Roll.

Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Jay was raised in a musical household, guided early by his father, a professional musician. Music came naturally, but everything changed at the age of three when his mother played Elvis Presley’s “Hound Dog.” Instantly captivated, Jay’s eyes lit up, his smile widened, his hips began to move — and destiny revealed itself. From that moment on, Elvis wasn’t just an influence; he was a calling.

As a child, Jay turned family gatherings into living-room performances. Wearing white pants and a dress shirt with the collar flipped up to mimic Elvis’ iconic jumpsuits, he transformed himself into “The King” for anyone willing to watch. What began as play quickly became obsession. Jay studied Elvis relentlessly — his life, films, stage presence, vocal phrasing, and every nuance that made the King immortal. When he wasn’t immersed in Elvis’ world, Jay was either in the recording studio or performing live as a drummer. His natural musical ability behind the drum kit earned him professional status by the age of just 14.

In 2014, Jay entered the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist World Championship, the only competition in the world officially produced and sanctioned by Elvis Presley Enterprises. Hundreds of elite tribute artists from around the globe competed for the highest honor in the Elvis world. After two intense days of competition, Jay emerged victorious, earning the title of Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist World Champion and official recognition from Elvis Presley Enterprises as the best Elvis tribute artist in the world.

Now a full-time international entertainer, Jay travels the globe leaving audiences stunned by his unparalleled tribute to Elvis Presley. His uncanny sound, striking likeness, and natural charisma have made him the most sought-after Elvis tribute artist on the planet. With his Southern swagger, magnetic charm, and breathtaking authenticity, audiences feel as though they are witnessing Elvis Presley himself — alive on stage once again.

“Close your eyes, and you’ll hear Elvis. Open them — and you’ll swear he’s standing right in front of you.”

 —   Donnie Sumner  (Former member of JD Sumners Stamps Quartet & Back-up Vocalist for Elvis Presley from

1971 - 1976)

Jay feels incredibly blessed to travel the world performing on stage as his lifelong idol. Being an Elvis tribute artist is a true honor to him, and he is deeply grateful for the opportunity to pay tribute to the greatest entertainer of all time.
